ILL Library Staff and Administrators should send any questions, concerns or feedback on Illume (formerly OutLook OnLine) to the Illume Administrative Support Centre at BC ELN for assistance.

If you are a Library User (patron) at a BC or Yukon Library using Illume, please contact your Public or Post-secondary home library directly for assistance.​

In emergencies, such as the Illume system unavailable for 30 minutes or longer, please email immediately.
