| October 19th, 2026 Server Migration: SFU IT has re-scheduled the Illume (SHAREit) server migration on Monday October 19th (from ~7am to 12pm PT). Staff & Patrons should halt all update activity (eg. creating or updating requests) in SHAREit during the server migration in order to avoid a loss of data. More information available via the listservs and we will update Staff ILL listervs and your Staff Dashboard announcements with further information when available. |

New Software Features & Known Bugs submitted to Auto-Graphics
- Feature: The OpenILL feature has now been added to Illume (SHAREit)! Patrons can now submit pre-populated ILL requests directly from external third-party vendors (eg. EBSCO) or library web forms. This new feature can help students quickly and easily submit Non-returnable (Copy) requests from discovery layers such as EDS and database resources. Group training available in the spring or contact Illume Support to set-up this feature.
